Ancestral healing is ancient. It is the oldest form of healing known to humanity. Indigenous cultures have always understood that what affects one in the family soul affects all. They have always honoured their ancestors not just as figures of the past, but as though they are alive today. When we honour our ancestors, we heal the family line and the life force that came through them. The healing travels throughout the family line, both backwards and forwards, when we honour what they went through with love. When we see the trauma, the grief, the lives not played out to completion, the orders of love flow freely by saying, " I see you, ' I honour you and what you went through.
